Millcreek+ Leather — premium white oak engineered hardwood by Melmart. A step up from Millcreek: 3/4" thick solid-feel construction with a 2.5 mm sawn white oak face, wire-brushed texture and 7 layers of UV-cured urethane.
- 5" x random to 86", 3/4" thick tongue & groove
- 2.5 mm sawn white oak face, wire brushed, micro-bevel
- Glue, nail or float; radiant-heat approved

- 30-year finish/fade/stain/wear warranty + 5-year light commercial
